Registration
Required for all visits. Bring CNIC and previous records.
OPD Visits
Check in at the desk after registration for your slot.
Inpatient Care
Guided admission process for rooms and surgeries.
Discharge
Settlement of bills and collection of discharge summary.
Detailed Guidelines & Policies
- Morning: 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM
- Evening: 05:00 PM - 08:00 PM
- Children under 12 are discouraged from visiting patient wards for their own safety.
Patients are advised not to bring jewelry, large amounts of cash, or expensive electronics. The hospital is not responsible for the loss of personal items. Please keep minimal belongings during your stay.
Our In-House Pharmacy and Diagnostic Laboratory are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for both inpatients and walk-in community members.
Your feedback helps us improve. You can find "Suggestion Boxes" near the main elevators or speak directly with the Duty Manager if you have an immediate concern or complaint.
Free parking is available for patients and visitors in the designated hospital parking area. Please follow the security guards' instructions to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Silence & Hygiene
We maintain a "Quiet Zone" policy across all patient floors. Please keep your mobile phones on silent and speak softly to avoid disturbing others. Littering is strictly prohibited; please use the bins provided.
